How it works

1. Right after you book

   Tell me what time you arrive and I will do my best to welcome you in person. Please also confirm how many of you are coming. I bring you some typical French wines, and if you have a preference beyond the colour, on the style of wine (light tannins, fruity, and so on), just let me know.

2. A couple of days before your arrival

   You receive your arrival details by message, in the app you booked with, Wi-Fi included. Nothing by the evening before? Just message me on WhatsApp.

3. Arrival day

   Check-in is from 3 pm. Send me a message when you leave the airport or the station, luggage collected and in the taxi. If no other guests are staying, I try to arrange an earlier check-in or a later check-out, or at least a luggage drop, which works out in most cases. How to get here and find the apartment.

4. During your stay

   Make yourself at home. The house guide explains the heating, the TV, the washing machine and the little things worth knowing. For going out, here are my favourite restaurants, where to shop and how to reach the monuments.

5. Departure

   Check-out is by 11 am when other guests arrive after you. Otherwise I am usually flexible and you can often stay longer, it depends on the bookings, just ask me. Nothing special to do, leave the keys on the table. Your luggage can also stay, tell me when you will come back for it. Check-out details.
